Shields Training Company started in September 2014 when a group of seasoned professionals came together to deliver a dynamic, contemporary and energetic training outfit set up to empower those looking to boost, change or start a rewarding career.

Our trainers possess a wealth of industry experience in Consultancy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Architecture and Software Testing, and have worked in various sectors ranging from IT consultancy, Telecoms, Oil Gas Services, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Transportation, Travel, Education, Healthcare, Government etc.

They also have vast training experience individually and collectively with the result of mentoring over hundreds of people that have gone ahead to secure and retain jobs in top organization's. Our trainers are passionate about what they do both on their day-to-day jobs and in using the right teaching techniques to facilitate learning for our students.

We also support a handful of small businesses to whom we provide our trainees - who distinguish themselves - to support such businesses and in turn get the required experience for the training they have received. In addition to our trainers, we are part of a wide network of practising Consultants, Project Managers, Business Analyst and Test Analyst Professionals working in various sectors to whom we can call to provide mentoring and coaching support to our student.
